'God in the details'
Well... today Steve had PT and his pre-opt appointment. PT was a killer but he likes pushing his limits, however, he did come home and fall asleep for awhile. Right now he is in quite a bit of pain, maybe 'pushing the limits' is overrated.
Steve's surgery is this Tues. Oct.13 at 7:30 AM. We are going to Montgomery Monday and stay with some friends. He has to be at the hospital Tues. morning by 5:30 AM...ouch! Fortunately our friends live about 5 min. from the hospital. Steve will stay overnight at Baptist East and I will go back to the Franklin's for the night.
Please pray that the surgery will go smoothly and that the pain will not be as intense as is predicted. The first week will be hard but with our prayers... 'God's grace is sufficient for [us] and His power is made perfect in weakness.'
